Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximise ROI. Utilise marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline campaigns and track performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative, innovative marketing initiatives. Analyse performance metrics and data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for optimisation. Experience: 3–5 years in growth marketing, performance marketing or a similar role SaaS or B2B experience Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems is essential. A strong ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and improve campaign performance. A team player with excellent communication and project management skills.
