Deep expertise in multiple third-party digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Passion for data-driven marketing and staying ahead of industry trends. Bonus Points

Experience managing performance marketing budgets. Knowledge of user acquisition channels beyond paid advertising (e.g., SEO, content marketing, affiliate marketing). Experience working with programmatic platforms. Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment. Work Experience:

3+ Years Key Responsibilities & Duties: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple third-party ad platforms aligned with business objectives. Build and optimize targeted audience segments across platforms to reach ideal customers. Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient ad spend and maximize ROI. A/B test and continually optimize campaigns for improved performance and conversion rates. Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive reports to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Identify and evaluate new and emerging performance marketing channels and tactics. Recommend and implement growth strategies to scale user acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, and design) to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with product offerings and user experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and third-party ad platforms. Regularly present campaign performance data and insights to stakeholders. Proactively communicate campaign status and potential challenges to leadership teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party advertising partners.
