As an advocate within our Enterprise sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact in the cybersecurity market and have the opportunity to do the following: Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Be a trusted advisor to our customers by understanding their role, processes, requirements, and challenges. Possess an in-depth knowledge of our products, their role within our customers' AppSec strategy, and competitive positioning. Continually build a pipeline of new business opportunities that fit our ICP. Maintain accurate and timely records in our CRM, maintaining visibility of sales activities, pipeline, and deal insights. Collaborate internally across the business to deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers. Help define and iterate our sales processes, including collateral needs, and the use of automation and AI tooling. Contribute to our commercial strategies, aligning short-term actions with long-term objectives. Essential skills/experience
Proven sales track record in SaaS/technical sales. Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the SaaS, technology, or software sectors. Technical proficiency. Solid understanding of the technical concepts, and the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and convincing manner. Sales process optimization. Experience of contributing to or leading initiatives to improve sales process, methodologies, and efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience working closely with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to align on sales strategies and deliver on customer expectations. CRM experience. Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales pipelines, tracking customer interactions, and forecasting sales. Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience with driving sales enablement initiatives forward and leading change.
