As PortSwigger enters a period of accelerated growth, we are seeking a Marketing Lead to play a key role in driving our marketing awareness, entering new markets, and solidifying our presence in existing ones. You will engage with a variety of activities in some of the key areas below: Defining and executing go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, from inception, to campaign management, to achieving desired outcomes. Engaging with customers to deepen our understanding of their goals and how our products can support them. Using data to inform decision-making and test routes to market, including marketing metrics and campaign performance analysis. Conducting market and competitor research to inform our strategies. Broad go-to-market experience with a portfolio of varied styles, channels and campaigns. Proven ability to understand complex technical products clearly and form compelling messaging that uniquely positions us in the market. Ability to assess and gain insight from marketing outcomes to test and inform the most effective routes to market. Experience in bridging multiple departments and facilitating cross-team collaboration to deliver successful outcomes. Proven experience with data, using your own analysis to make great decisions. A track record of successfully bringing products and features to market, creating demand generation. Familiarity with agile planning methodologies. Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company with broad marketing responsibilities - working in a small team and wearing many hats. Experience with Salesforce/Pardot or equivalent CRM to track and manage MQLs. Experience using LinkedIn or Google Ads to create and track paid B2B advertising. Experience in launching new products in tech / cyber sectors. Rewards and benefits
