Guest Relations Manager
who is devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests. The successful
Guest Relations Manager
applicant will deliver a consistently high standard and memorable guest service across the front of house and communal areas within the hotel. The individual will also continuously go out of their way to ensure the satisfaction of guests is met, whilst overlooking the customer service standards across the lobby and communal areas are in-keeping with our brand standards.
