KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all aspects of guest relations and front of house operations Lead, mentor, and develop the guest services team Manage guest feedback and maintain exceptional service standards Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle VIP guests and special requests Create and implement guest experience initiatives Maintain strong relationships with regular guests Monitor and improve service quality standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations Problem-solving skills with a calm and professional demeanor Experience in handling high-profile and VIP guests Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Passion for delivering exceptional service Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality Previous supervisory or management experience Excellent command of English Strong IT skills Hospitality qualification preferred PACKAGE INCLUDES: Competitive salary Live-in accommodation available Healthcare benefits Pension scheme Staff meals 28 days holiday Staff discounts Career development opportunities Access to employee assistance program Training and development programs THE LIFESTYLE: Living and working in the Scottish Highlands offers a unique opportunity to combine a prestigious hospitality career with an exceptional quality of life.
