We are seeking a Guidelines Manager to join a small non-profit professional membership body based in Central London. Our client work in the public health space, representing certain professionals for the delivery of high quality critical care.

The role is within a tight knit Standards and Policyteam that ensure consistent delivery of the standards division programme, aligning with the organisation's five-year strategy. Consultations and reviews of external and internal guidance will be made on a regular basis in this role, as well as supporting several committees and working groups, creating agendas, taking minutes and monitoring action points.

The successful candidate will drive things forward with clinical delivery and professional development of services. We are seeking someone who is comfortable to be front facing, dealing with different stakeholders (including paying members), being analytical in approach, autonomous, building close relationships with Presidents, Chairs of committees and clinical experts.

Desired skills:

Experience developing agendas and minute taking Records keeping background Project management expertise (qualification not required) Ability to deliver multiple work programmes Writing documents of a high standard (sub-editing and proof-reading) Experience working with committees or working groups (ideally for a small organisation, charity or membership body)
