To provide personal care, emotional and practical support to older people within a Registered Care Home to a range of individuals with a wide variety of needs. This includes older persons with dementia, within an environment that enables support and maintains a homely atmosphere ensuring that the rights, dignity, diversity, independence, and wellbeing of service users are maintained.
You will be required to provide evidence of all qualifications specified as essential.
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
