Lead and motivate a club team Plan and execute sales planners to ensure KPI targets are hit Ensure the club is kept to a good standard at all times, ensuring equipment is checked and compliant Manage all day-to-day operations of the club Generate prospects and new member sales through building rapport, conducting an effective needs analysis, and overcoming objections Manage club outreach to gain prospects Ensure all daily/monthly Health & Safety checks are completed Deal with all incoming member inquiries, delivering best-in-class customer service Create a community feel within the club, ensuring it’s a place members want to be Qualifications:
