This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Secretary to join our gynaecology team at UHD. The post holder must be IT literate and ideally familiar with hospital computer systems including eCamis, EPR, and Soliton. Audio Typing skills are essential. Required qualities include: efficient, a capable communicator, audio typing experience, team player, organised, ability to prioritise own workload, maintain discretion, and ability to work in a busy environment. To produce letters from clinics through the provision of audio typing, general departmental administration and word processing. Urogynaecology clinic bookings. Coordination of results and booking of urgent patients. To cover consultant's PA desks in their absences. To answer patient's queries via phone and email. About us

RSA II/III or equivalent. GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Good knowledge of IT systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience
