This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Secretary to join our gynaecology team at UHD. The post holder must be IT literate and ideally familiar with hospital computer systems including eCamis, EPR, and Soliton. Audio Typing skills are essential. Required qualities include: efficient, a capable communicator, audio typing experience, team player, organised, ability to prioritise own workload, maintain discretion, and ability to work in a busy environment. Base - Poole Hospital Interview Date - TBC Main duties of the job

To produce letters from clinics through the provision of audio typing, general departmental administration and word processing. Urogynaecology clinic bookings. Coordination of results and booking of urgent patients. To cover consultant's PA desks in their absences. To answer patient's queries via phone and email. About us

Qualifications

RSA II/III or equivalent. GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Good knowledge of IT systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience

Secretarial/support secretarial experience. Audio Typing experience. Clinic booking experience. Working in a healthcare organisation. Technical skills

Excellent audio typing and word processing skills. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills both written and verbal. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
