The Hallsworth Fellowship Scheme uses generous endowments to appoint a number of Research Fellows each year in the area of Political Economy and Chinese Political Economy. Applications are invited for: Hallsworth Early Career Research Fellowships: up to five posts in Political Economy (broadly interpreted), including in Chinese Political Economy. The posts are tenable for three years from 1 October 2025 and are open to excellent early career scholars who have completed a doctoral degree and have already demonstrated a potential for research in relevant subject areas. You will receive research expenses of up to £6,000 per annum. Please note that this Fellowship is not intended to support postgraduate students. Interviews are expected to be held April 2025.
