Skills and requirements
- Strong experience working with Halo PSA or a comparable ITSM platform.
- Proven experience delivering automation initiatives and workflow improvements.
- Understanding of AI-driven service management and modern service desk technologies.
- Experience within an MSP or IT services environment.
