Skills and requirements

  • Strong experience working with Halo PSA or a comparable ITSM platform.
  • Proven experience delivering automation initiatives and workflow improvements.
  • Understanding of AI-driven service management and modern service desk technologies.
  • Experience within an MSP or IT services environment.
