Capital Works Manager Home Working/ Sheffield
Temporary £250 - £350+ day rate We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Capital Works Manager on a temporary basis until March 2025. There is scope for the role to become permanent. The main purpose of the role will be to assist with the delivery of their current capital works programme, and their plans for 2025. Responsibilities of the Capital Works Manager: Assisting with the delivery of their current capital / major works programmes as directed by the Head of Assets Providing comprehensive specifications of work Managing external contractors and directly managing x2 Surveyors Managing and mitigating risks associated with disrepair Supporting the delivery of the long term assets and decarbonisation strategies Ensuring compliance and asset health and safety To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Bethan Hall - Associate Director, at Hamilton Woods on 01509 276158 or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
