We are currently seeking a Handover Experience Partner to work within our flagship dealership in Stockport.
This is a full time position of 40 hours with a salary of £24,232 plus bonus.

You will be:
Responsible for delivering a great customer handover experience from point of sale to customer collection
Liaising with customers with progress reports
Ensuring all correct documentation is available for a seamless handover.
You will be an expert in designing the customer journey.
You will have:
Creative experience of delivering outstanding customer services.
A natural affinity for building relationships with new customers and visitors.
A great knowledge of the Mercedes Benz products to ensure that the customer has a full understanding of their vehicle and its systems.
You will make our customer experience the best that it can possibly be ensuring we have 100% customer satisfaction.
