We are currently seeking a Handover Experience Partner to work within our flagship dealership in Stockport.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours with a salary of £24,232 plus bonus.

You will be responsible for:
Delivering a great customer handover experience from point of sale to customer collection
Liaising with customers with progress reports
Ensuring all correct documentation is available for a seamless handover
Designing the customer journey
You will have:
Creative experience of delivering outstanding customer services
A natural affinity for building relationships with new customers and visitors
A great knowledge of the Mercedes Benz products to ensure that the customer has a full understanding of their vehicle and its systems
A commitment to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
