A leading Facilities Management (FM) provider has an exciting opportunity following a growing Project pipeline to recruit a Project Director/Head of Projects to come in on a 12 month FTC basis to drive Account wide Project Delivery for a prestigious corporate banking customer.
The employer enjoys a Hard and Soft service contractual delivery to the customer worth approx 25m, with Projects being a growing area of success that they are looking to capitalize on for the next 12 months, which can only add to the account's billings.
This Project Director will oversee all account Capital Projects acting as the Principal Contractor across the client's complete estate, which ranges from corporate offices, their UK Head Office, and a major Data Centre.
