IT Engineer - SC Cleared
An exciting long-term opportunity has arisen for an SC Cleared Engineer to join our customer's project on a 6-12-month contract, based in Plymouth. We are looking for a tech-savvy engineer with excellent communication skills to perform basic hardware tasks.
The opportunity will be part of an ongoing project and will involve:
Ensuring user profiles are set up on the MDM system (JAMF).
Distribution of IT equipment and their accessories to users.
Maintaining asset and allocation logs for devices issued.
Setting up and maintaining the profiles on the mobile device system.
Processing and maintaining new app requests.
Ensuring users have signed & agreed to terms of usage/service.
Managing incoming devices, ensuring they're reset, cleaned, and stored.
Providing basic support, including password resets and raising issues to second line support.
Ensuring any 'failed' devices are packaged and returned to suppliers for breakfix.
