I am currently looking for 10 Community Healthcare Assistants to work on the intermediate care teams across 4 locations in the Cambridgeshire area. The service runs 7 days a week, 08:00 - 22:00 shift work. Contracts available start from 3 - 6 months and are ongoing.

Job Description:
To support recently discharged patients from Acute Hospitals to cover for lower capacity in the region. Previous experience is not essential as training will be delivered.
Requirements:
Desire to deliver care for patients
Ability to travel to patients’ homes
Compassion, respect, and dignity awareness for patients
