Clinical Duties: Perform basic clinical procedures such as blood pressure checks, phlebotomy, urinalysis, and ECGs. Assist in routine health checks and monitoring chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring equipment is clean and well-stocked. Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and removal of sutures under supervision. Provide lifestyle advice to patients on smoking cessation, weight management, and physical activity. Administrative Duties: Accurately record patient information on EMIS clinical system. Ensure compliance with practice protocols, policies, and infection control standards. Assist in coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups. Support clinicians in gathering data for audits or quality improvement initiatives. Provide a welcoming, compassionate, and professional service to all patients. Offer guidance and reassurance during procedures or assessments. General education to GCSE level Care certificate NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care Qualified to NVQ level 3 Qualified in phlebotomy Experience
