Position: Head Banqueting Chef Department: Kitchen Company Meldrum House is part of the Monogram Collective wihtin Apex Hotels group, a leading UK operator of both city centre, luxury hotels and picturesque, rural hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen or service operations
- Maintain high food, service, and presentation standards
- Support team performance and consistency
