Are you a Head Chef with strong events experience?
My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to be based at one of their flagship London venues.
I am looking for a Head Chef who has the following:
A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level
Strong events experience
The ability to cater for events with large numbers
Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
