Head Chef
- The City, London - 45k plus bonus Daytime only, working 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends Are you fed up of working long hours and late nights? Are you a Head Chef with strong cafe/restaurant experience? My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to be based at one of their venues in The City, London. I am looking for a Head Chef who has the following: Previous experience at a Head Chef level Able to lead a BOH team The ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year.
