Your New Role as Our Head Chef:
- Prepare, produce and serve a diverse menu, utilising some great local produce.
- Lead, manage, and develop your kitchen brigade, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.
- Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
What We Ask of You:
- A genuine passion for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients.
- Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-quality, high-volume gastropubs or restaurants. Branded experience would be a bonus.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
- You'll be the beating heart of the team, liaising with the Executive and Operations Chef, mentoring junior Chefs and motivating everyone in between.
