Head Chef relaunch of a fabulous fresh food pub - £50,000 + tronc & bonus
Following a small refurbishment this country pub is relaunching with a new identity. There will be an emphasis on fresh, seasonal cuisine utilising all the wonderful local suppliers. To ensure the success of this British pub they are looking for a talented Head Chef to take over the day to day running of the kitchen.
