Head Chef – Kitchen Leadership Role

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Site Head Chef to lead the kitchens across both the Mercure Paignton and ibis Styles Paignton.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen or service operations
• Maintain high food, service, and presentation standards
• Support team performance and consistency
