Vics & The Vine is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead the culinary team. Situated in the heart of Prestwick, Vics & the Vine has something for everyone. The Vine offers a light and lovely take on modern dining, touching on international flavours with a classic twist. Vic's is all about bold flavours & hearty burgers! The venue is run from one kitchen which will give you a true taste of a multi-site operation.

The Role:
You will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, a confident demeanour, and the ability to manage and inspire a large brigade of chefs. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary talent. With a wealth of knowledge in the food industry, you will play a pivotal role in refining and implementing our food offering, overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
You will collaborate with the culinary team to implement innovative menus and specials that reflect the venue food identity, and coach and mentor the team to deliver a memorable customer experience.
