As Head Concierge, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable. This is a hands-on management role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the concierge desk. Overseeing all guest arrivals and departures. Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently. Answering incoming calls and assisting guests with their luggage. Managing check-ins and check-outs. Leading and mentoring a team of Junior Concierges and luggage porters. What you Need:
Experience in leading and managing a team. A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role or as a Senior Concierge in a 5* hotel; a Gold Key certification is an asset. Exceptional attention to detail. A passion for providing first-class customer service. Strong organisational and communication skills. A customer-focused mind-set with a warm and impeccable presentation. A clean UK driving license. What We Offer:
