Duties and Responsibilities of the Head Concierge Role Oversee all aspects of the concierge department, including hiring, training, leading, and managing the team. Provide exceptional levels of service to our guests through your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Forge connections and establish rapport with guests, adeptly discerning their preferences to offer tailored recommendations that enhance their experience. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to facilitate guest enquiries and requests. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests. Assist the Front Office team in managing guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures. Be an ambassador for Park Hyatt and Hyatt hotels, promoting our food & beverage outlets and services across our properties. About You Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required. Strong knowledge of London and the best it has to offer in terms of shows, restaurants, attractions, and events is advantageous.
