Development Details: This role will be based at Manhattan Plaza, a new high-end development located in Poplar, East London. It is a short walk away from All Saints, Blackwall, and Poplar stations on the DLR. With around 150 residential apartments, this development benefits from a resident’s car park and a gym. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Oversee the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs. Manage the front desk in a hands-on role, including concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, and responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Lead the onsite team made up of 5 staff members, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed, providing any additional support with training, development, guidance, and reporting any issues to the relevant parties. Carry out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks, and reporting as required. Ensure any action points are attended to in a timely manner. Oversee contractors and ensure Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards, including cleanliness. Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
