Development Details: This role will be based at a modern, residential development located in Bermondsey. The development consists of 533 apartments over 5 blocks and includes a communal garden, residents’ gym, and 24-hour concierge. Bermondsey Works is an 8-minute walk to South Bermondsey National Rail station and a little over a mile away from the fashionable Bermondsey Street, featuring a host of Michelin recommended restaurants and bars, art galleries, and boutiques. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Overseeing the day-to-day operational running of the estate, ensuring high site standards and the deliverance of exceptional customer service and the implementation of SOPs. Managing the front desk in a hands-on role, including concierge duties such as managing parcels, issuing keys, and responding to resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Leading the onsite team, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed, providing additional support with training, development, guidance, and reporting any issues to the relevant parties. Carrying out health and safety inspections, daily audits, plant room checks, and reporting as required. Ensuring any action points are attended to in a timely manner. Overseeing contractors and ensuring Permits to Work are correctly completed and accompanied by Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Ensure the estate meets all Health and Safety Standards including cleanliness. Liaise with residents and contractors regarding routine repair and maintenance requests. Monitor work to completion.
