POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Housekeeping Department as a Head Housekeeper. Our Head Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our Housekeeping Department. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing the Floor Housekeepers, preparing room lists for Room Attendants, checking all VIP rooms, and ensuring all guest rooms and public areas under their care are kept up to the company’s standards by conducting daily spot checks. The Head Housekeeper should have a dedication to excellence that ensures our guests experience the highest levels of quality and service during their stay.
