role will: Be responsible for doing guests' requests in an efficient and courteous manner. Maintain stock controls in the pantries. Replenish supplies, including linen and cleaning materials to the outlined stock levels on the floors. Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Supervise, mentor and develop the housekeeping porters. Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience. Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
