In this exciting role, you'll cover the full goalkeeping coaching remit, leading on an effective coaching programme for goalkeepers aged 9 to 21 years old, delivering and developing performance pathways and plans and creating an optimum environment for youth goalkeepers to develop and grow within the four pillars of our Academy: effective team player, lifelong learner, most efficient mover and champion mentality. Your day-to-day

Provide operational management of our Academy coaching programme

- you'll eagerly seek out ways to improve our coaching programme and assist with the implementation and operation of these advancements, providing new and innovative ideas to incorporate into training sessions which challenge and captivate our goalkeepers, pushing them to excel and improve. Deliver valuable feedback to players

- you will provide a reporting platform to give constructive feedback to players at the end of each term and you'll prepare and submit appraisals for discussion with our Academy Manager, as required for the Elite Player Performance Plan. Support player recruitment processes

- you'll be entrusted to assist our Head of Talent ID by providing critical analysis to identify future goalkeeping talent for recruitment purposes. What we are looking for

- you possess exceptional organisational and time management skills and are able to prioritise efficiently without compromising on speed, accuracy or quality. Proud ambassador for our club
