The Head of Account Management is responsible for overall key customer relationships, including ensuring full customer contract retention and profitable growth across our account base.
Meeting the fleet and mobility needs of a broad range of corporate, public, and not-for-profit customers. From high security to hard-working car and commercial fleets, we aim to profitably grow our multi-brand presence and brand within the industry.
We are looking for a driven, motivated, and focused individual who is results-oriented for the business and their team.
The Individual:
Contract hire, leasing, and/or fleet industry experience
Account Management and sales background
Leadership and proven management of large teams
Strategic planning
Analytical, able to create and develop reports
Coaching, team management, and influence skills
The Role:
You’ll lead an experienced and welcoming team to create a great customer experience at KINTO through:
Managing, developing, and supporting the existing customer base to ensure growth and retention
Analysing and understanding our customer needs and strategic objectives
Achieving annual targets for customer retention, finance and services penetration, product mix, Toyota family penetration, and portfolio targets
Inspiring, developing, managing, and supporting a large team of experienced Strategic Account Managers, Operational Account Managers, and CV Specialists
Assisting in developing and supporting our sales strategy and hitting our profit and service targets
Leading the account management team to identify and propose solutions to upsell KINTO products and services into the existing customer base
Ensuring business risks are appropriately controlled and minimized to the extent possible
Providing in-depth market research on competitor activities
Where required, acting as final approver of new business customers' implementation plans in line with audit requirements before ‘go live’.
