The role: Leading on all aspects of the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) agenda on behalf of the College, you will be responsible for implementing the ALN Code of Practice and associated legislation. 37 Hours Per Week Permanent £55,250 - £60,000 Per Annum Key Responsibilities: Leading the central ALN/Neurodiversity team ensuring students receive an outstanding student experience. Implementing an ALN strategy (FE, HE, and Work-Based Learning) in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as operational ALNCo for the College, reporting into the Vice Principal for Learner Experience and Inclusion for statutory compliance. Identifying and monitoring resource requirements to maintain and improve ALN support across the College. About you: Registered FE teacher. Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE or equivalent). Experience of supporting learners with a range of additional learning and neurodiversity needs. Experience of leading teams who support learners. Collaborative team worker.
