Head of Affordable Housing

to work with one of our clients in London.

What the job will be doing: Lead the sale of affordable housing opportunities to the public sector, housing associations, and registered providers. Manage the sale of S106 units and the structuring of package deals. Identify and secure land opportunities with and without planning consent for affordable housing projects. Build and maintain relationships with housing associations, registered providers, and public sector entities. What you will need: Strong knowledge of the UK affordable housing sector. Previous experience working with housing associations, registered providers, or in a similar role focusing on acquisitions is preferable. Proven track record in land transactions.
