This role focuses on driving business efficiencies through the adoption of the latest Agile & DevOps methodologies, improving the existing test & release cycles, enhancing production stability, and ensuring speedy resolution/recovery from incidents. The successful candidate will also have a strong appreciation of Automation and GenAI offerings and understand how to utilize them to drive business efficiencies. Responsibilities: Thrive in progressive environments and disrupt the status quo of technology operations. Significant experience within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment; financial services experience is beneficial. Lead and maintain high standards in a business’s Agile, Testing, and Release Management Teams. Utilize the latest Automation/GenAI offerings to drive business efficiencies. Create visually and verbally engaging analysis reports and recommendations for technology methodologies used in Agile, Testing, and Release Management. Provide positive clear direction in high-stress situations and inspire others. Exhibit exceptional leadership skills and influence cross-functional departmental leaders.
