Working across the Group - Wakefield, Castleford, Selby. We are looking for a Head of Alternative Provision to join our team. The post holder will lead all elements of Curriculum Management for our Alternative Provision and ensure an outstanding student experience for all. You will be responsible for effectively and positively leading a culture of high performance and engagement and an environment of continuous improvement. Values

A professional qualification or degree in a relevant area (Level 4 or above) A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification Recent experience of Curriculum Management, preferably related to SEND or Alternative Provision GCSE A*C/9-4 in English
