In this exciting new role within the Association’s structure, you will lead the development and effective delivery of the Association’s Integrated Asset Management Strategy, including developing our responses to the challenges of improving energy efficiency and addressing net zero requirements, whilst ensuring delivery of affordable warmth across the Association’s varied stock archetypes.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. You will lead the Asset and Investment teams in ensuring stock condition information is maintained, which informs the development and delivery of the Association’s major repairs programme.
