Rquirements: We are seeking an individual who is effective at leading and managing change in a complex environment. You should have a proven track record in developing and delivering systems and data change within a large, multi-disciplinary organization. Technical expertise in Asset Data Management, Architecture, and Mastery is essential, along with developed strategic thinking capable of guiding a multi-year program of improvements. A strong understanding of effective partnerships with third-party organizations is required, as well as advanced experience in project management and cost management of large-scale capital investments in systems. Knowledge and experience with the Common Information Model (CIM), Data Best Practices, and electricity industry/regulatory license requirements are also necessary.

Your responsibilities are: In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of Asset Data systems within a significant transformation program. You will manage a team of multi-skilled Technical and Business Analysts to develop our Asset Data information systems and deliver our Asset Data strategy across our divisions. Daily, you will interface with our Centre for Excellence to roll out major transformations of our asset data systems, ensuring the integrity of asset registers. You will engage with field and district-based teams weekly and collaborate across all asset management, engineering, and field operations. Additionally, you will lead discussions with Ofgem, BEIS, ENA, and various working groups on Asset Data initiatives, influencing industry strategy and policy regarding Asset Data mastery and standardization.
