Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will: Develop and execute the strategy for solar asset management in line with the company's objectives. Lead the management, optimisation, and strategic growth of solar asset portfolios in the UK. Monitor and optimise the financial performance of the portfolios, including revenue, operating costs, and profit margins. Oversee day-to-day management, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency of solar assets. Manage third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards and contractual obligations. Optimise revenue generation and explore opportunities for system expansion, including the integration of complementary technologies like batteries, EV chargers, and heat pumps. Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators, to ensure transparency and success in the business. Ensure compliance with UK energy regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards. Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Extensive knowledge of solar energy operations and asset management. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
