Head of Bids and Tenders Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £60,000 per annum Location: Silvertown, E16 2BZ Are you an experienced leader in bids and tenders management? Restore Harrow Green, a national leader in business, heritage, and life science relocation, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Head of Bids and Tenders to join our team in Silvertown, London. This pivotal role will oversee the entire bid and tender process, driving revenue growth through high-quality, winning submissions. From developing strategic bid strategies to managing a small, high-performing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future success of our business. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of bids and tenders, from identifying opportunities to submission and post-tender follow-up Write, edit, and produce persuasive, client-focused bids that set us apart from the competition Work closely with subject matter experts across departments throughout our UK network to gather critical bid information Establish and maintain a comprehensive bid library and ensure consistent, tailored messaging across all submissions Manage and mentor a small bid team, providing training opportunities to develop expertise in bid writing, client engagement, and strategic thinking Develop bid strategies that align with company objectives and highlight Restore Harrow Green’s unique value proposition Report regularly to senior leadership Provide insights and analysis on market trends, customer feedback, and bid performance Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, inclusive of other Group sister companies About You

Extensive experience in a bids/tenders management role A strong track record in writing and managing successful bids for large-scale contracts Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, producing clear, persuasive, and tailored bids Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively under pressure A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all submissions Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
