We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit a Head of Bids to join their highly successful work winning team. This role will require an experienced bid leader who is comfortable with taking responsibility for large and strategically important bids, whilst also being able to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the bid process from start to finish. Develop bid strategies that align with company goals. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for bids. Ensure compliance with bid requirements and deadlines. Present bids to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications:
Proven experience in bid management within the property services sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
