**The role** As Head of Branch Sales you will lead a team of Sales Coordinators. You will possess drive, passion and enthusiasm which will enable you to deliver the service that CCF prides itself upon. Your team are the main points of contact for our customers and will manage all enquiries. You will develop and motivate your team in maximising sales opportunities whilst providing our customers with the highest possible level of service.
**What we are looking for** Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar phone based role with great customer service skills and Sales Management experience. You will be confident in your approach and be able to relate and converse with people of all levels. You will be passionate and able to drive sales performance. Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised and also possess good numerical skills. Full product training will be provided.
