A scale up brand that is owner led, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Head of Brand to work hand in hand with the owners to drive growth and play a pivotal role in brand expansion over the coming years.

As the Head of Brand, you'll be at the helm of shaping and executing dynamic marketing strategies to elevate brand image, increase awareness, and drive customer acquisition and sales. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll ensure that every marketing initiative aligns with business goals while delivering an unforgettable customer experience. You'll lead Content, Community, Creative, PR, and Partnerships, and own the growth marketing strategy across all channels.

Key responsibilities in the position of Head of Brand:

Growth Strategy:

Lead the charge in crafting and executing a growth marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's mission and business objectives. Brand Evolution:

Partner with the Founder/Creative Director to refine and elevate the brand's image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Community Building:

Spearhead the growth of our community through social media, influencer partnerships, affiliates, and retention activities. Creative Leadership:

Guide the creative team in developing standout content that resonates across all channels, ensuring timely delivery of world-class assets. PR Strategy:

Cultivate strong relationships with key media partners, telling powerful brand stories that boost visibility and credibility. Performance Optimisation:

Work with Product & Commercial teams to drive the perfect blend of paid and organic traffic, delivering high-performance creative assets for web and paid media. Budget Oversight:

Manage the marketing budget with a sharp focus on cost efficiency and maximising impact. Reporting:

Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership, pinpointing key insights and areas for growth.

What We're Looking For In The Position of Head of Brand: Track Record in a Similar Role:

Senior marketing leadership experience in the e-commerce fashion space, with a track record of driving brand success. Channel Expertise:

Deep experience across a wide range of marketing channels - social, digital, partnerships, and more. Leadership & Culture:

Strong leadership skills with a knack for building and inspiring teams that fit our vibrant, fast-paced culture. Creative Vision:

A forward-thinking creative mindset, always staying ahead of industry trends and thinking outside the box. Digitally Savvy:

In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a passion for data-driven decisions. Collaboration:

A natural communicator who can effectively present and collaborate with senior leadership teams to drive results.
