Hybrid working Staffordshire based About Our Client Not for Profit Job Description In this pivotal role, you will oversee the communication and marketing team, collaborate with senior leadership, and engage with key stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers to drive greater public knowledge of the charity leading to deeper levels of engagement, greater action, and a significant increase in income across retail and fundraising. Working closely with the Director of Fundraising & Marketing to lead the development and transformation of the marcomms strategy, driving external brand knowledge, understanding, and engagement through the development and delivery of high-quality and informative internal and external activity. Develop the Brand and Marketing function needed to support the organisation to deliver on its future strategic objectives. Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies and initiatives ensuring they are correctly communicated. Develop marketing activities, campaigns, and collaborations across a wide and diverse audience including retail stores, online, social platforms, charity partners, key stakeholders, and our customers. Create and drive a process for measurement and reporting back to the business to drive continuous improvement. Oversee the creative design of all media, advertising, and communication campaigns and coordinate implementation across the business. Lead our brand strategy and engagement, overseeing how our identity and personality are developed and brought to life. You will help evolve our content and broader materials to enhance our brand positioning within the sector. Ensuring that the brand is consistently applied across all touchpoints, including in-store experiences, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Monitoring and managing brand equity by tracking audience perceptions, brand awareness, and loyalty. The Successful Applicant Experience of developing, implementing, and evaluating brand and marketing strategies, operational plans, and delivering campaigns which have created shifts in the awareness, engagement, and income-generating capacity of an organisation. Able to demonstrate experience of being both insight and impact-led, with a clear head for data and evaluation. An experienced leader in strategy development both within brand and marketing. Expert at translating organisational and marketing objectives into high-quality and effective marketing activity. Enjoy building constructive and collaborative relationships at a high level, able to negotiate, influence, and build credibility. Track record of successfully motivating and leading and creating teams to deliver interesting and engaging work.
