Hidden Hearing are a private hearing care company, who provide life changing difference to people living with hearing loss. We are recruiting for a Head of Brand to join our fabulous Marketing team! Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the branch and creative team, with responsibility for brand strategy, creative excellence, customer experience and campaign integration across all customer journeys and touchpoints. This is a full time role Mon-Friday 08:30-17:00 Hybrid (home and working at the Maidstone Support Centre) There will be some occasional travel, as per business needs. This post requires all applicants to be eligible to work within the UK/ EU without restrictions. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide Visa sponsorship at this time. Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: Brand and Communication:

Managing the branch and creative team, ensuring consistency across all customer journeys and touchpoints to help build brand recognition and preference. Collaborating with the Marketing Director and our global marketing team to develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with our business objectives and global strategy. Craft compelling brand messages that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our value proposition. Internal Branding:

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, HR and training departments, to ensure internal stakeholders understand and embody the brand's values and positioning. Develop internal communication materials and initiatives to foster brand advocacy and alignment among employees and consistent experiences for customers. Community Outreach:

Plan and execute community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the local community. Identify partnership opportunities with local organisations, healthcare professionals and influencers to increase brand awareness. Clinic Management:

Developing store branding strategies and guidelines to create a consistent brand experience across all retail locations. Collaborate with global and visual merchandising teams to create visually appealing store displays that reflect the brand's identity. Communication and Liaison:

Work cross-functionally throughout the business to develop our value propositions and customer experience. Closely collaborate with the global brand team (based in Denmark) and other country managers (25 countries globally) to share best practices. Measuring Your Success:

Increase brand metrics as measured through YouGov. Improve overall conversion (attended appointments and revenue). Internal engagement as measured through Pulse surveys, retain and develop direct reports. Person Specification:

Experience of delivering brand strategies Managing creative teams Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences Strong understanding of brand management principles Knowledge of hearing-care or healthcare industry is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable plans Strong project management and collaboration skills. Experience in managing external agencies and vendors. Proficient in using marketing software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. High level of self-motivation and initiative taking. Knowledge about building a retail brand and all elements connecting to a great customer experience, such as a store concept, product communications and packaging and employees living the brand.
