They are looking to expand their team in Brighton and are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to join them on a full time basis. You will be responsible for defining and executing the global content vision and strategy and leveraging insights to guide the go-to-market approach. The Responsibilities: Define and execute the global content vision and strategy, leveraging insights to guide go-to-market plans. Monitor and refine marketing strategies based on brand metrics, competitor insights, and performance targets. Develop and oversee brand plans, calendars, and campaigns across channels. Ensure financial governance and manage budgets for brand and integrated marketing teams. Manage external agency partners and guide internal teams on collaborations, partnerships, and negotiations to enhance brand image and growth. Lead the development of integrated strategic briefs for campaigns and partners. Incorporate community and brand ambassador stories into wider communication strategies. Support marketing and cross-functional teams through brand onboarding, training, and updates.
