Head of Brands Offices near Esher, Surrey - work from home 1 day per week Salary circa £70k Excellent benefits including pension, private health care, life insurance, company discounts, 25 days annual leave, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to join this thriving FMCG business for someone with experience of working with beauty or personal care brands, who has a trading mentality and has successfully cultivated retail partnerships with supermarkets and chains Key role responsibilities: Strategic thinking – including bringing structure and leadership to the team and wider business, developing strategies to deploy successful marketing campaigns, and analysing market trends Analytical skills – research, identify and monitor market trends, competitor products, and brand success to reactively and proactively drive brand performance Communication & presentation – ensuring clear communication, presentation and contribute valuable information on brand metrics to the wider business Implementation – working hand in hand to build strategic relationships, create and develop strategies, implement campaigns and work collaboratively to drive brands forward About you We’re looking for someone with previous experience in managing beauty/personal care brands within a FMCG, along with an analytical mindset, ability to build relationships and experience in leading/mentoring a team. You’ll need to be comfortable working to tight timescales, have a reactive and proactive approach, and strong commercial and financial awareness.
