Job Description New Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth objectives. Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the customer base. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Sales Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead client presentations, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure business. Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to shape business development strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (Domestic & International), including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment in delivering tailored solutions to clients. Deal Negotiation & Closing:

Lead negotiations for high-value deals and ensure favorable terms. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Leadership & Mentoring:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the business development team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets. Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline activity. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant Experience gained within value add contract logistics is essential for this position.

Sales Expertise:

Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets with experience in high-value deal closures. Leadership:

Ability to lead business development initiatives and mentor junior team members. Communication:

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Negotiation:

Skilled in negotiating and closing complex deals with senior decision-makers. Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's business goals. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities. Relationship Building:

Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Adaptability:
